RIKEN International Program Associate (IPA) Doctoral Fellowship
Program Description
RIKEN IPA program allows international PhD students to carry out research at RIKEN laboratories in Japan under joint supervision, using world-class supercomputers and synchrotron facilities.
Eligibility & Requirements
• Enrolled in PhD program at an international partner university.
• Joint research agreement between home advisor and RIKEN PI.
• Joint research agreement between home advisor and RIKEN PI.
How to Apply
Apply through host RIKEN Principal Investigator who submits application to RIKEN Global Relations Office.
Benefits & Funding
• Daily allowance of 5,200 JPY/day (~$1,150/month) for living expenses.
• Free housing in RIKEN international dormitory.
