Welcome to Questo Hub ("we," "our," "platform," or "us"), operated via https://questocomm.com/. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," "Instructor," or "Visitor") and Questo Hub. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our services, course marketplace, interactive clinical simulators, community forums, or career tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using Questo Hub and must discontinue access immediately.

1. Account Eligibility & Registration

To access certain features of the platform—including enrolling in paid courses, submitting scholarship reviews, posting pharmacy clearance deals, or engaging in community discussions—you must register for an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use the platform.
• All registration information you submit (name, username, email address, credentials) is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You will notify us immediately at support@questocomm.com upon suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Scope of Services & Educational Features

Questo Hub provides a comprehensive educational, career, and clinical simulation ecosystem, including but not limited to:

• Courses Academy & Multi-Vendor Marketplace: On-demand structured video courses, downloadable curriculum materials, and instructor-led modules.
• Interactive Clinical Simulators & Calculators: Educational simulation modules including Type 2 Diabetes management, ECG interpretation, OSCE patient simulators, Drug Interaction Checker, Clinical Dose Calculators, and OTC Drug Guides.
• Career & Scholarship Tools: Scholarship trackers, AI Research Assistant, English language assessment tools, Pharmacy Clearance Marketplace, and Pharmacy Jobs board.
• Community Forums: Peer-to-peer discussions, Q&A boards, reputation system, and academic networking.

4. Multi-Vendor Instructor Terms, Payouts & Revenue Agreement

Instructors who register, submit applications, and publish educational courses on Questo Hub agree to the following financial and operational terms:

• Revenue Share Model: Verified instructors earn 80% of net subscription revenues generated from their published courses. Questo Hub retains a 20% platform fee to cover video hosting, streaming infrastructure, payment processing gateway fees, platform maintenance, and customer support.
• Supported Payout Methods: Instructors can configure their preferred payout receipt method via their Instructor Dashboard. Supported payout channels include:
  • Vodafone Cash & Egyptian Mobile Wallets: Instant wallet transfer to registered mobile numbers (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay).
  • InstaPay: Direct instant transfer to InstaPay Instant Payment Address (IPA) or linked phone number.
  • Bank Account Transfer: Wire transfer to any registered Egyptian bank account (requiring Bank Name, Account Holder Name, and IBAN).
• Minimum Withdrawal Threshold & Schedule: Instructors may request payout withdrawals whenever their available balance reaches or exceeds 200 EGP (Egyptian Pounds). Payouts are processed on an automated monthly cycle on the 1st of each calendar month or within 3–5 business days following a manual withdrawal request.
• Admin Approval & Quality Assurance: All instructor applications, course outlines, and video materials must be reviewed and approved by the Questo Hub administration prior to public listing. We reserve the right to decline or unpublish any course that fails to meet academic standards or violates copyright laws.
• Content Ownership & Licensing: Instructors retain copyright ownership of their original course content. By publishing on Questo Hub, instructors grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, promote, and distribute the course materials to enrolled students.
• Taxes & Compliance: Instructors are independent legal entities/contractors responsible for reporting and paying any applicable income tax or statutory levies required by the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) or local laws.

5. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

When interacting on our community forums, posting pharmacy clearance deals, submitting job listings, or uploading content, you agree NOT to:

• Post or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or obscene.
• Upload copyrighted material, proprietary medical software, or textbook scans without explicit authorization from the rights holder.
• Provide fraudulent pharmacy clearance deals, false job postings, or impersonate licensed healthcare professionals or institutions.
• Engage in automated scraping, bot attacks, spamming, or attempting to compromise the security of Questo Hub.
• Use the platform's communication channels to offer unauthorized prescription drug sales or illegal pharmacy trading.

Questo Hub reserves the right to moderate, edit, remove content, or permanently suspend any user account violating these guidelines without prior notice.

The Questo Hub platform, including its original source code, logo, brand assets, UI design, clinical simulation logic, and database schemas, is the exclusive intellectual property of Questo Hub and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Questo Hub and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, revenue, or academic credentials—arising out of your access to or use of the platform. Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal action, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Questo Hub shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
